Bad day at work

Well, it's been one of those days.

I got an hour-long call regarding setting up an account with ten numbers, got all the way through it and found it didn't work, had it researched and it turned out the fellow was trying to combine phone numbers at two different service addresses (which just happened to be in the same building). So much for my average handling time today. So much for getting any undertime tonight. Sigh. And I'm still not done with the order yet, despite being on my lunch break now.

On the bright side, I got my third 85 monitor yesterday. Much good it'll do me if I can't get my handling time down.
