I really liked the story (they plundered it enough in 9 and 10's storylines) but the "part human" thing was flibbertygibberish.

MAYBE if it were only that regeneration, because of tampering, I could believe it.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I was reffing. BBC wasn't terribly happy or impressed with it either if I understand rightly. I think they just decided to 'brush it off'.
