Daily Twitter Roundup
May. 11th, 2009 12:03 amHere are the things I am willing to admit to having done today:
- 07:32 And so we are off to church, thence to a Trek matinee. Looking forward to the movie. #
- 07:38 My Bengal Cat, Benjamin, is way too intelligent. This morning he tricked my mom into letting him out of the basement of their house. #
- 07:41 He stood on his hind legs and rattled the doorknob. Then when Mom opened the door, he zoomed past her & up the stairs to the 2nd floor. #
- 07:42 I wonder if he'll actually figure out how to open the door. #
- 07:54 @paulkbiba @davidrothman You might consider pitting a hash mark in front of "Teleread" like so: #teleread. This makes it a hashtag. #
- 08:21 @LeDoctor it's gradually getting better. Now I just have to deal with being shown off like a zoo exhibit by my parents. :P #
- 08:27 Well, time to head into the sanctuary, I guess. Back out in an hour or so. #
- 08:35 twitpic.com/4x0ae - Shouldn't it be called the adult room? #
- 10:46 Sunday school just about over. Thence to come lunch and Trek. #
- 10:54 Sunday school over. We're off! #
- 11:07 twitpic.com/4x90r - Mother's Day plants at our church #
- 11:14 twitpic.com/4x9g9 - #sgf tree fell in Marionville in storm #
- 11:14 #sgf Just sent a twitpic of a tree fall in Marionville in the recent storm that demolished 2 1/2 cars and a carport. #
- 11:40 @xenijardin I'm sure a dozen ppl have told you by now, but it's a family of marine isopods. #
- 11:56 @xenijardin In fact I'd not be surprised if that was what they based the name "tribble" on in the first place. #
- 12:05 4 miles to Monett, where the theatre is... #
- 12:11 We're here. But the theater is still closed. Guess we're in for a wait. #
- 12:32 People keep driving by the front of the theater to look at the Star Trek movie poster. Oddly enough, it doesn't list the 1:20 show on it. #
- 12:47 A number of people waiting outside the theater in the chill and sprinkling. Still not open. Guess it opens at one. #
- 12:54 Oh darn. No wifi signal in this screening room. #
- 13:18 Just a couple minutes until the movie begins. I'm so excited! #
- 15:34 Totally awesome. #
- 15:50 I just want to know where they got the technology and genetic samples to clone younger versions of the TOS actors like that. #
- 16:08 Found Lost in Translation at Walmart in the $5 rack. Naturally, it rang up at $7.50. #
- 16:12 And naturally it's taking forever for then to go back and find the other ones in that display so they can ring it up correctly. #
- 16:17 Victory. Bargain obtained; en route home. #
- 16:22 twitpic.com/4xybj - Windmill behind windmill #
