Apparently my neighbor wasn't too thrilled to get a visit from a police officer last night. I can't blame him for that...but what I can blame him for is that not only did he start the car up again today, he gunned the motor nice and loud to make sure I heard it.

Today I'm going to get a blank microcassette and batteries for my microcassette recorder, and keep it by my bed when I go to sleep tonight. If he does it again tomorrow, I'll get him on tape.

And if he does it again Monday, the police hear about it again.
