Re: Pizza crust - possibly, it all depends on what you like in your pizza. Some folks are big, big fans of the neapolitan style super thin crust that a lot of NYC pizzerias serve. If you're pushing to that crowd and your crust wasn't so thin to begin with, it could be a selling point.

Yeah, but technically it means they are charging you the same amount for that much less actual food. :)
