Hmm. Jackson Browne is suing John McCain over using "Running on Empty" in a campaign ad.

On the one hand, he's the slightly more attractive candidate to me in this year's election. On the other, it's always nice to see any politician shoot himself in the foot…

I don't mind in the slightest. Even if I did mind, it's a public forum, and who someone who is not me puts on their friends pages is not under my control, nor does it affect me at all.
