Meows, big and small
Jul. 21st, 2008 12:12 pmFor those who may not have
dduane on their friends list, she has just posted that, after over a year without updating, her fan-funded manuscript project The Big Meow has finally posted its next chapter. I can't wait to read it.
Speaking of meows, big and small, I find that my cats Diva and Benjamin have remarkably different voices. Benji is an octave lower than Diva, for one thing. And Diva, when she speaks, most of the time uses no vowels. She trills a lot. "Mrrr? Mrrr. Mrrr!"
Benji, on the other hand, seems to use nothing but vowels. He says "Maaaaoooow" a lot. Not "Meow," but "Maaaaoooow." So, clearly, Diva is saving up all of her vowels and passing them to him.
