What the heck kind of parents don't notice that their daughter is pregnant until she gives birth—and walks four blocks to a hospital with the baby still attached?

To be honest, it's not like we're talking about a skinny cheerleader developing an impossible to ignore baby bump. The girl in question is pretty hefty. Most of the time when someone gives birth to the shock and surprise of their family, the new mother is fat. The rest of the time, it's a college student who manages to hide in her dorm room for three months. :/
