You know, being woken up in the middle of the night when your cat decides your forehead needs licking, and by God she's just the cat to do it, may be cute—but when you can't get back to sleep afterward and have work the next day, it's just annoying.

Sleepless in Springfield

I know the feeling of waking up to 3 o'clock striking and having trouble getting back to sleep because I feel hungry or anxious about what I need to do the next day. I knowing full well that tomorrow will be a hard day. Sometimes I give up and get up and drink some milk. Other times I toss and turn, determined not to drink extra calories.
