Just go to the show's homepage (http://www.talkshoe.com/talkshoe/web/talkCast.jsp?masterId=5988) and click on the blue "download" or orange "listen" link next to each episode.

If you wanted to participate, you'd need to download Talkshoe's chat client and call in via telephone or skype whenever the next show was on.
