You know, I didn't understand what the folks on the Doctor Who newsgroups meant when they compared certain aspects of Torchwood to an old Gerry Anderson supermarionation show.

That's right, you're supposed to compare them to what you already know of Torchwood. Don't want to say more because I don't want to spoil a certain element of Torchwood for people who haven't yet downloa—ah, seen the show.
