Doing the Cha-Cha

I just found out about and signed up to be a guide on this new search engine called "Cha-Cha". The idea is that it's not just a mindless computer-driven search engine, but an engine where you can request help from actual people. And the actual people are contractors who get paid. It seems to be somewhere between Google Answers and an ordinary search engine, but closer to the search engine than Google Answers.

If anyone else would like to sign up, drop me an email with your email address in it and I'll send you a guide invitation. There's a non-paid training period at the beginning (which I'm still in), and then you start earning money.

Edit: I've graduated from training! Yee-haw! I can now do searches for cash money!

I just signed up for this last night. This morning I'm already getting paid for helping others. Now to find out when I can add keywords. Do you know? How do you like it so far?

Each time you reach Master rank in a keyword, you are allowed to add three more keywords at Apprentice rank. Then you work your way up with them, and so on.

And it's pretty cool. It's not ever going to pay enough that I can give up (looking for) a day job, but it's pretty decent "sitting at the computer anyway" money.
