Well, tomorrow is the day I get to go out and do a bunch of shopping for necessities that can't be gotten at the grocery store, in preparation for my trip to GenCon. I just hope I have enough money left to spend at GenCon by the time I get done. Flea stuff for the cat, travel items, clothing, new sound-cancelling earphones since the ones I own now have developed a short in them, microcassettes for my tape recorder with which I hope to capture interesting panels for podcasterie, possibly a new router to replace my flaky current one, and ink carts for my printer. I'll probably have to take the bus and leave the bike behind because I can't haul all the stuff I need to buy around on a bike with me. That could mean a lot of walking around with heavy bags in the hot sun. Unless I can manage to buy only light stuff in most of the places and get the heavy/bulky stuff in one spot. Like K-mart maybe. This bears thinking about.

Heh. This kind of banal post is why I largely stopped Livejournalling. I feel silly writing about trivialities like this in my journal that will be seen by everybody.

But that's tomorrow. For now…beer.

Might consider a collapsible long-handled crate with wheels. Not sure how much they cost but they're pretty easy to find around here, anyway.
