Entering limbo again

Well, I prepare to go into isolation again. After an anxious day, I finally received the cantenna that I had ordered. I don't know whether it will be effective in getting me an Internet connection, and I'm not optimistic, but I look forward to the chance to try it out. One annoying thing is that they sent me the wrong kind of pigtail—instead of one for the PCI card I have on my desktop computer, they sent one for my Orinoco Silver instead. So I'll have to take my laptop with me if I want to try for wireless. Oh well.

Brother's in a meeting with the boss right now; he'd better hurry up if we're going to have time to get to the center.

I guess by your lack of journal updating that it must not have worked. *hugs* that is okay, just get to lay catch up during the week.
