My supervisor just handed me CDs for Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Flash MX, and a big stack of books, and said, "Here, learn these." It's certainly a more productive use of my time than dinking around on the Internet all days, and it will give me some marketable skills when I'm done.

I'm going through the "guided tour" of Dreamweaver right now, and all I can say is I think I'm in loooooove. This thing looks awesome, and I just know it's going to let me do great things with my homepages and maybe even my journal.

When you get to Flash MX, do yourself a favor and visit Actionscript.org. The tutorials there are a godsend.
