Plugging a friend's web journal...

demiurgent. The journal is called Websnark (aka ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-syndicated.gif)
websnark but if you read it that way you lose out on the fun of seeing what text ads Google thinks are most appropos to the content of the site), and it's primarily a review and criticism of web comic strips. As far as I know, there haven't been many (or any?) sites devoted strictly to reviewing web comic strips before, and demiurgent is a pretty darned good reviewer: he talks about what's good as well as what's bad, and can usually find at least some good in a bad comic and vice versa.
But hey, don't read it because I say to. Read it because Lore Sjoberg says to.
