Last Night; Essay Journal Updates

robotech_masterWell, I'm at work again. Not much to say, really; spent last night playing some City of Heroes on my new monitor ("So that's what those icons look like now that they're not all fuzzy! Imagine that!") and then watching Titan A.E., which I picked up out of a $5.50 discount bin at Wal-Mart. Sure did sound good on the 5.1 speakers, and look good on the new monitor.
I also posted an update to my essay journal last night, and another one just now. Last night's was about the nature of fame at Internet speeds (and I also added an update to the older story about the attempt to confiscate the RPG book which inspired this entry); today's extremely lengthy entry (too bad there's no "LJ-cut" function in Blogger) contains reviews of four teen/adult-targeted animated movies (two of them reposted from my defunct Themestream account; two of them just written last night and this morning). Check 'em out.
