Man, I just miss out on all the excitement around here...

It seems that yesterday while I was at work, a packaging plant half a dozen blocks north of my apartment burned for over four hours. I only found out about it by glancing at the front page of the paper while I was out getting breakfast this morning. Funky. I know I've driven past that place must have been a dozen times, never gave it much thought except for being some big ol' building under the Glenstone overpass.

I thought I just briefly caught the tail end of something peculiar on the news last night. (They news casters were holding something that they said still smelled like smoke. I had no clue what they were talking about.) But man, those were some huge clouds of smoke, and I missed it all.
