robotech_masterWhat a day. Had nearly 60 calls, but managed to keep a decently low average handling time. When I work on Thursday, I expect to find I've once again exceeded the call goal. This is good, as it provides insurance for me so that I can have a bad day or two without dropping too far below goal. Still, really busy.
And so far, undertime—the ability to draw lots to go home early sans pay if there are few calls—hasn't been available, due to the kickoff of a new ad campaign. This doesn't bode well for Friday night; I'd been counting on being able to wheedle my way into undertime to get home a couple of hours early to meet my guest, but it looks like it may be no dice. Oh well.
My day off tomorrow's going to be a busy day, as I have to buy stuff and clean up my room so it's in prime condition for the visitor. And do the laundry, too. I hope I can work it all in, and that I don't forget anything important.
