Lunchbreak again. Not much to report. Learning about the various different plans today—both the ones that are our lead plans (the ones we try to sell whenever possible) and the ones we only offer if a customer asks about them. Pretty interesting...and also pretty scary, since after that we heard about escalation. There are some one-time-fire offenses that you can do almost by accident, such as not being clear to the customer that we are switching them. That's slamming. And it scares me that I could make such a mistake...because I really could see myself doing it. It's almost like a premonition...I hope it doesn't turn out to be one for real.

Had a bad morning this morning. I apparently forgot to set my alarm last night, and woke up at 7:18...and I had to be in by 7:30. I grabbed my jeans and the first T-shirt on which I could get my hands, skipped shaving, grabbed a PowerBar for breakfast, and boogied on out of there. I was only about five minutes late when I got in, so it was apparently okay, but it was scary enough that I'm gonna be double-checking that alarm every evening for a while.

I think the fact that you have even thought about the danger of slamming means that you will be extra careful not to do it, Chris.
