robotech_masterWell, the BookCrossing news story aired, and it was pretty good. They did a great job of showcasing just what BookCrossing is, and showed some good views of the stickers and the books, and me leaving them, and the website. And I learned that I'm not alone in BookCrossing in Springfield...wonder if I can meet the other Springfieldian BC'er sometime?
A bit of irony in the story...I left my books at the Northtown Mall, in the northern part of town. The other BCer left her books on the newspaper machines right in front of the Office Depot in the southern part of town...right next to the very Kmart store in which I work. For all I know, they might have been shooting at the very time I was inside working! How's that for weird coincidence, eh?
