Fried spam, kim chi, spicy mustard, Sriracha chili sauce...who would have thought the perfect sandwich could be so simple?

(Or so potent. Good thing I am immune to smell.)

Fermented cabbage stuff. Or perhaps it would be most apt to say pickled. It's very hot, spicy, with horseradish. Very pungent, too, or so I'm told.

ive never gotten the urge to try it.. one of the chinese buffets here in town has it all the time..
