Litter bug

There's this stray cat that's taken to showing up around my place in the last day or so. She's got long, shaggy yellow fur, big yellow eyes, loud purr, and is the friendliest thing you've ever seen. She's everything I've always wanted in a cat. However, the problem is that she's also approximately pear-shaped--sort of like an animate stuffed toy--i.e., very pregnant.
I like this cat a lot, but by the terms of my lease, I technically shouldn't have her inside. Let alone let her have kittens here. But the alternative is that she has to stay outside in the wintery cold.
Now, the other cat that was pregnant last year had kittens, and two of them have in fact survived to become new neighborhood strays. Still, I don't like to think about them being outside in this neighborhood. I wish I could find a home for this cat, and her oncoming litter, but what are the chances of that?
