Insurance snafu quashes doctor appointment
Well, that was obnoxious.
I was in the doctor's office, filling out paperwork, getting ready for the appointment…and then I called the insurance company to get my ID. And they told me they didn't have any record of coverage for me. And I couldn't get through to anyone at TeleTech by phone to find out what was going on.
I ended up having to reschedule the appointment for next week. I'm just about to go down to work and raise a ruckus in the Human Capital office. Grrr.
