For, um, those and grins

Found via BoingBoing, a blog looks at a new product, a folding cardboard porta-potty (whose name is not work-safe if your work frowns on four-letter words). It may not be as daft as it sounds. It looks like a reasonably sound execution, and could be quite helpful for those times when you really need to "number two" but are miles from the nearest toilet.

Kitty, Horribleness

Well, I got my kitty back, with his poor, sad little denuded crotch. He seems to be doing all right now that he's home, though I can't give him any food until tomorrow.

Today the first episode of Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog came out. And the server subsequently went down in a blaze of bandwidth. But if you can manage to find it somewhere (such as on iTunes for $2, or…elsewhere), the 14-minute episode is well worth watching. Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillon in a Joss Whedon musical? Please sir, can I have some more?
