Evening at work
Jul. 29th, 2004 04:53 pmThe good news...I solved what I thought at first was a tricky problem solo, over the phone! Woohoo! Yay me!
The bad news...I delayed leaving the office for too long, and rather than chance locking myself out in the rain an hour before the next bus, I decided I'd better hang around and wait for the next one instead. So I've ordered dinner from Steak-Out and expect it here within the next half hour or so. Then I have to munch it down quickly and get out there in time to catch the next bus home. The bus that will take approximately 45 minutes to get me there, involving as it will a trip down to the Mall, then a holdover for the next bus.
Oh well. On the bright side, I have Internet access on an uncrippled computer. Things could be worse.
