You find help in some of the oddest places.
One of the big things that helped me hang onto my sanity during the hard times in the hospital was my 32-gig iPod Touch. Music has always been important to me in terms of programming my moods and helping me relax. But this particular song was more helpful to me than most.
The visuals on that youtube movie (consisting of still frames of Billy Idol) are unimportant; it's the song itself, as played from my iPod, that was so helpful. It starts with a professional hypnotherapist giving a relaxation routine. I'm sure Idol included it on the album to be all kewl and cyberpunky--but that doesn't prevent it from being functional as well.
