When I tried to use Gizmo on my 770 just a few minutes ago, the LJ voicepost thing required a phone number, which I tried to enter with the dialpad but then it didn't seem to actually send the tones. Am I missing something?
The 770's Gizmo sends out-of-band touch tone signals. You won't hear them, and not all voice menus recognize them, but the LJ's does, usually. Just tap the numbers and hit pound, and if it doesn't recognize them the first time, call back and try again. That's what it takes sometimes.
