Buy.com has the Nokia 770 Internet tablet on sale for $140, free shipping. ($130 if you sign up for Google Checkout at the same time.) Though it has its problems, the 770 is apparently a quite decent media player and a superb ebook reader. It has 802.11 wireless Internet, makes Google Talk and Gizmo Project VOIP calls, and will connect to data capable cellphones via BlueTooth. And at less than the cost of a low-end PDA, how can you lose?
