Long day past, long week ahead

robotech_masterIt's been a long but ultimately satisfying day, as I explain at length in a post currently locked to friends-only that I will unlock (along with a bunch of others) eventually once the reason for the locking has expired. Suffice it to say that I'm slightly sunburned and reasonably tired, and about to head to bed.
Tomorrow, I get to starve myself all day, then head down to BioKinetic for an overnight stay. Not taking my computer this time, just a backpack with some books, work clothes, and my iPod.
After that, a week of "fun" begins, as I have to get up before 6 in the morning in order to make it to BioKinetic by 6:30 Tuesday through Friday. And then I get to spend all of next weekend in the clinic again. So I am about to crash out for the last good night of sleep I expect to have for a while.
Oh well, at least I'll get some reading in tomorrow night.
