Seeking players for Universalis game
Jan. 22nd, 2007 07:00 pmAnybody want to try a chatserver game of Universalis? I'm thinking of running a live demo of it at a local con, but in order to do that I really want to have at least one run of it under my belt so I know for sure how it works.
You don't need to have Universalis itself to play—between the help of those who do, plus the first chapter available on-line and the copious essays and play aids on the game's Resources page, you should be able to get enough of a handle on it to play it all right without. I will ask, though, that you be willing/able to install a custom Java chatroom client for the interaction (I'll provide the URL to the group after they sign up), and the ACE collaborative text editor for the shared notetaking.
If you would be up for it, please contact me via this email form.
