I want to know, just so I don't hit it by accident, what the key commands are to put your fists on your hips? (Just like Serena Chow or Superman) That is the gayest pose ever.

Afraid you're out of luck, friend. When you're not doing anything else, your character fidgets. And part of that fidgeting involves putting hands on hips.

Could be worse. You could do the Macarena.
