Okay, so, yesterday I won $350 (less taxes).
Today, as I was coming in to work, one of the trainers told me that I'd got a 0 quality score on a monitored call (nearly gave me a heart attack, that—I subsequently learned it was not a 0 but a 60, which made me feel a little better, but still), but it was being disputed because my supervisor thought it should be a 100. (Apparently I failed to ask the customer if they had any additional lines, but I'm in a division that is not actually currently required to do that.)
Not an 85, but a 100. Which means that not only did I do everything right, the customer said something nice about me.
If the dispute is successful, not only does my perfect streak continue uninterrupted, but I also win $100 (less taxes, yadda yadda) on my card.
It's kind of funny, but I'm hoping for the success more for the former reason than the latter. I've won so much extra money lately that my mind goes kind of numb at the prospect of winning yet more.
