robotech_masterThe day is going pretty well. Call volume is low enough that I have some breathing room and plenty of reading time, and the calls are handling themselves pretty swiftly. Today is shaping up to be a good day, and when you combine the decent speed of the day with the overtime of the last couple of days, it looks like I'm well on my way to making my "bounty" for this period, meaning that the paycheck I get in 3 weeks will be nice and fat. The only downside is that I can't take any undertime until a week from Monday, or I'll lose all the benefit of those extra 3.75 hours I put in. Oh well. What with that $14 an hour overtime, the $20 I got the other day, and the extra $213 I found out I'm getting on next Friday's check, I guess I'll be crying all the way to the bank.
Another great bit of news: got another 85 quality monitor today—my fifth in a row. That's particularly good for when it comes time for the in-three-weeks paycheck. I wish I could get a 100 sometime, but I'm glad enough to be doing as well as I am that it doesn't matter quite so much.
More yammering later on, when I really have the time for making entries and such. My break's almost over and I still have stuff to do.
