Sofa, So Good

robotech_masterJust finished having a delightful visit with my Mom & Dad, who came up to drop off a sofa they'd got in a flea market, and to watch The Matrix Reloaded with me. Thanks to a movie ticket punch-card that had gotten filled up, I was able to get two twenty ounce drinks and a tub of movie popcorn for free. Much fun was had, and dinner was a handy little self-bake casserole that they'd picked up at Wal-Mart. It was very good, and a lot of fun.
Just got finished watching them pull out of the driveway. A bit depressing when they have to go home like that...after a busy and fun day of running hither and yon and doing stuff. The place seems a little emptier somehow now. But still...I have a sofa now. So my room is that much better than it used to be.
