Not a whole lot to report this class day. This morning we had a couple of other trainers come in to address the issue of Quality. During this time, the rest of the class had a bit of a gripe session on our normal trainer's teaching style. Wonder if anything will come out of it.

I'm really starting to look forward to next week, when we get to be on the phones. I'm nervous about it, but I think I can get by.
