robotech_masterOkay, application for AmeriCorps sent off. Now I'm trying to figure out what else I can do to maximize my chances of getting a job.
I think I would actually like to try one of those resume-blasting services...the ones that supposedly distribute your resume to umpteen zillion headhunters and recruiters for a fee. It does make sense, in a way...it'd be a lot cheaper than sending the resume individually to all of them by postal mail, and easier than scrounging up addresses for all of these people individually via the Internet. So far, the most reputable-seeming one I've found is SeeMeResumes. Hopefully I can talk my parents into bankrolling it...
