I hate my neighbors

robotech_masterI really, really hate my neighbors. They seem to have some kind of a problem with me playing my radio. During normal daylight hours. At all.
Apparently the walls are quite thin, and the bass from my subwoofer bothers them. Even when I play it at normal volume with the bass cranked way down, when a song comes on that has loud bass in it, thump thump thump, they knock on my wall. It's not even like they're trying to sleep or anything! It's 5 in the afternoon!
At least my last neighbor only minded if I played it loud after 9 at night, and he was gone on the weekends.
What can I do about this? Somehow I don't think complaining to the landlord is going to cut it.
