robotech_masterSo, the first Lord of the Rings movie is going to be out tomorrow. After such a wait, it's faintly astonishing to me that we're suddenly on the cusp of it. My friends have their tickets already. And me--I haven't even started rereading the Fellowship yet. I always meant to do it before the movie--y'know, something to "get around to." And here it is the movie tomorrow, and I haven't even started.
I really should find and read it quickly--I could probably finish it today if I pushed. And then I could see the movie tomorrow (if I could get a ticket). It's always coolest to see a movie with an excited audience, don't ya know.
But I just feel so lethargic about the whole thing.
